Day 1 If you’re just about to take it up, be prepared to change your life! The Magnet 28 Day Challenge is designed to give you an understanding and an awareness of how the Law of Attraction works and what a difference working with it can make.
It is meant to be simple to follow. However, this does not mean that it’s necessarily easy! Some you may sail through, but those that are the most challenging are the areas where you will see the biggest difference when you put them into effect.
Putting together these Challenges seemed a natural development of the principles in my book “The Magnet - Personal Magnetism, Personal Power”. It is designed to take those principles into everyday life and give you a focused “magnetism overhaul” over a short period so that you can see for yourself how small changes can have big effects.
But before you plunge in, let’s just go over the aims of this program and what you are trying to achieve. And firstly, what is personal magnetism? What we experience in life – both good and bad - is the result of our ability to attract to ourselves events, people and situations who are on the same energetic wavelength.
We are beings of energy, and as such we are all perfect magnets – attracting according to our personal energy vibration. A high, positive vibration attracts positive events, people and situations; a low, negative vibration attracts more negativity.
Just as the Law of Gravity operates continuously, so does the Law of Attraction; it cannot be switched on and off at will. So if you’re not experiencing the life that you want, it could be that you are not energetically attuned for positive results! Or, equally, if you are not working on your personal magnetism, allowing yourself to be influenced by other people’s energy levels, your reality will be created for you – good or bad! So, who’s creating your reality?
By following this Challenge, you can become aware of your own energy levels and those around you, and then use the techniques to tune yourself into a more positive vibration that attracts positive results.
The higher vibrations are those of laughter, appreciation, love, generosity, excitement, inspiration, hope, etc. These attract success, opportunity, fun, good relationships, luck, good health, wellbeing, etc.
The lower vibrations are those of worry, anger, frustration, jealousy, envy, resentment, negativity, judgment, etc. These attract lack, illness, bullying, accidents, poor relationships, loneliness, bad luck, etc. Your Challenge is to learn how to spend more time on the higher level than on the lower level.
You will have a different Challenge each day, and your aim is to keep adding each new Challenge to your skills. You may find some easier than others, some more comfortable than others. Adopt what suits you – the smallest change will make a difference – but stick with as much as you can manage without getting stressed about “shoulds” and “musts”. There’s nothing you “should” or “must” do – there’s only what you want to do. And you must want to change or you wouldn’t be following this program!
Adopt just 10% of these challenges as a habit and it will make a significant difference to your “personal magnetism”!

The Magnet 28 Day Challenge is based on the wisdom of “The Magnet - Personal Magnetism, Personal Power”, using the principles of the Law of Attraction to provide a programme for change that anyone can work with, at any time, to whatever degree they wish. Any one of the Challenges can be picked up and worked with at any time to create a pattern of life-long learning. Following on from the success of the techniques, the full programme has been made available as a book and the new revision will be available shortly. However, the original version translated into Spanish is still available. |
