Day 1 The Challenge starts here! So let’s just go over the aims of this programme and what we are trying to achieve. And firstly, what is personal magnetism? It is our ability to attract to ourselves certain events, people and situations that ultimately create what we experience in life – both good and bad. We are beings of energy, and as such we are all perfect magnets – attracting according to our personal energy vibration. A high, positive vibration attracts positive results; a low, negative vibration attracts exactly matching results. Just as the Law of Gravity operates continuously, so does the Law of Attraction; it cannot be switched on and off at will. So if you’re not attracting what you want in life, it could be that you are not energetically attuned for positive results! By following this Challenge, you can become aware of your own energy levels and those around you, and then use the techniques to tune yourself into a more positive vibration that attracts positive results. The higher vibrations are those of laughter, appreciation, love, generosity, excitement, inspiration, hope, etc. These attract success, opportunity, fun, good relationships, luck, good health, wellbeing, etc. The lower vibrations are those of worry, anger, frustration, jealousy, envy, resentment, negativity, judgement, etc. These attract lack, illness, bullying, accidents, poor relationships, loneliness, bad luck, etc. Your Challenge is to learn how to spend more time on the higher level than on the lower level. You will have a different Challenge each day, and your aim is to keep adding each new Challenge to your skills. You may find some easier than others, some more comfortable than others. Adopt what suits you – the smallest change will make a difference – but stick with as much as you can manage without getting stressed about “shoulds” and “musts”. There’s nothing you “should” or “must” do – there’s only what you want to do. And you must want to change or you wouldn’t be following this programme! Adopt just 10% of these challenges as a habit and it will make a significant difference to your “personal magnetism”! I’m going to be using some new words to describe what we are trying to achieve. Your aim is to become “attractive” to positive events and situations, but the word attractive is too much associated with physical attraction. I am therefore going to use the words “attractional” and “attractionality” to describe the powers of positive magnetism. You will find it useful to keep a journal in which you can record each evening how the day’s Challenge worked for you and what differences it made. Note also any synchronicities or coincidences that occurred during the day. Attractionality generates increased activity in synchronicity to present opportunity and inspiration towards what you desire. You may also find it helps to carry around a reminder of your Challenge for the day, so that it is frequently brought into your awareness. This could be something you put in your pocket or purse to represent the Challenge, e.g. a piece of paper with the Challenge written on it, an item of jewellery, a crystal, a charm – or even a simple pebble – and every time you become aware of it you will be reminded of your Challenge. The Magnet 28 Day Challenge is based on the wisdom of “The Magnet - Personal Magnetism, Personal Power”, using the principles of the Law of Attraction to provide a programme for change that anyone can work with, at any time, to whatever degree they wish. Any one of the Challenges can be picked up and worked with at any time to create a pattern of life-long learning.
