Hypnosis induces a heightened state of awareness in which the subconscious mind becomes very receptive to positive suggestion. Advanced Structured Hypnotherapy employs an interactive technique beyond pure suggestion, combining heightened state of awareness, and NLP techniques to communicate with the subconscious and persuade the mind to reprogram its ‘software’ because a ‘problem’ no longer serves a useful purpose. Hypnohealing engages the client’s own mind in the process of healing, at the same time giving them the ability to deal with pain and illness with their own resources and in new ways. Hypnohealing can be very effective in preparing for surgery and in aiding the recovery process after surgery. Faster healing and recovery rates are apparent with the use of pre– and post-operative hypnosis. |

Hypnotism is absolutely safe—you come out of hypnosis feeling wonderfully rested, calm and relaxed. Hypnotherapy is effective in any condition where emotional or psychological factors are involved, or where behaviour patterns or habits need to be changed. |

Childbirth is a natural process that is not meant to be, and doesn’t have to be, a painful ordeal. This technique for achieving a rewarding, relaxing and stress-free childbirth uses advanced hypnosis to eliminate the ‘Fear-Tension-Pain’ syndrome, resulting in a painless childbirth, often a painfree childbirth—just as nature intended—body and mind working in harmony for the creation of life. I have developed this programme to maximise learning potential using hypnosis to train the mind and eliminate ‘learning blocks’. It incorporates the techniques of ‘effortless concentration’, speedreading, memory and concentration to train the subconscious mind to accept new habits for efficient and effective learning. I gave a presentation on Hypnosis for Learning at the National Council for Hypnotherapy Conference in June 2006. |
