The Women in Transition Workshops will re-commence in 2009 with more exciting topics to get you through those life transitions . If you are part of a group or organisation that would like to learn more about hypnosis and its benefits, or are interested in topics I have presented in my “Awareness Evenings” or workshops, I am happy to give talks and presentations. Swimming with dolphins in bimini! My trip to Bimini this year was spiced up by the presence of Hurricane Bertha around Bermuda creating stormy weather conditions on the first couple of days. However, the magic of the island proved too much for the hurricane and the weather settled into perfection, with the wild dolphins eager to come and play with us. We had wonderful times in their presence and returned physically, emotionally and spiritually renewed. This was my seventh visit and only on one occasion have I failed to encounter the dolphins—and even then we had a great time swimming in the turquoise ocean from a deserted beach, snorkelling among colourful fish and coral, exploring the “Road to Atlantis” and immersing ourselves in the therapeutic waters of the “Healing Hole”.
